1. Firearm Sales

Nevada Gun Sales conducts all firearm sales exclusively in our retail store.

• We do not sell firearms online.

• We do not accept online firearm orders.

• We do not ship firearms.

• We do not offer FFL transfer services.

All firearm purchases must be completed in person at our store and are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

2. Background Checks

Every firearm purchase requires the completion of all legally required paperwork and applicable background checks before a firearm can be transferred to the purchaser.

Nevada Gun Sales reserves the right to refuse any sale that does not comply with applicable laws or store policies.

3. Eligibility to Purchase

Purchasers must meet all federal, state, and local legal requirements to purchase a firearm.

Valid government-issued identification and any additional documentation required by law must be presented at the time of purchase.

4. Product Availability

Our inventory changes frequently. Firearms, ammunition, accessories, and other merchandise displayed on our website, social media, or advertisements are subject to prior sale and may not always be available.

Pricing and availability may change without notice.

5. Used Firearms

Nevada Gun Sales offers both new and used firearms.

Used firearms are inspected before being offered for sale; however, all used firearm sales are considered final unless otherwise required by law.

6. Gunsmithing Services

Nevada Gun Sales provides professional gunsmithing services, including repairs, maintenance, upgrades, installations, and custom firearm builds.

By leaving a firearm for service, customers acknowledge and agree that:

• Firearms must be unloaded before entering the store.

• Repair completion times are estimates and may vary based on parts availability and workload.

• Customers are responsible for approving any additional work beyond the original estimate.

• Nevada Gun Sales is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers or suppliers.

Customers are expected to pick up completed firearms within a reasonable period after notification.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Firearms

Due to federal regulations and safety concerns, all firearm sales are final once the transfer has been completed.

If a firearm is found to have a manufacturer's defect, Nevada Gun Sales may assist customers with the manufacturer's warranty process.

Ammunition

For safety reasons, ammunition sales are final.

Accessories

Unused accessories in original packaging may be eligible for exchange or store credit at management's discretion. Certain products may not be eligible for return.

8. Manufacturer Warranties

Many products sold by Nevada Gun Sales are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Warranty coverage, repair, or replacement is subject solely to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.

9. Safe Firearm Ownership

Customers are solely responsible for the safe handling, storage, transportation, and lawful use of all firearms purchased from Nevada Gun Sales.

We strongly encourage all firearm owners to obtain proper training and follow all firearm safety rules at all times.
